Thank you for shopping with TRACKZEN.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), freight forwarders, or P.O. Boxes.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside our service area may be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within the United States are:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
  • Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 Business Days

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect shipping information, customs inspections (where applicable), or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

TRACKZEN is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

TRACKZEN is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, property managers, or mailrooms.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Please include:

  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Failure to provide requested documentation may affect our ability to process your claim.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Delivery Delays

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed and should not be considered contractual commitments.

TRACKZEN shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, supply chain disruptions, severe weather, governmental actions, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
