TRACKZEN – Usage & Compatibility Notice
TRACKZEN is designed to work exclusively with Apple's Find My network (requires an iPhone, iPad, or Mac signed in to an Apple ID) and Google's Find My Device network (requires an Android device signed in to a Google Account). It does not pair with or function through any third-party tracking applications.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, compatibility requirements, and setup instructions, and have confirmed that you own a compatible Apple or Android device.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Ordering by mistake
• Failure to review compatibility requirements before purchase
• Misunderstanding of the product's features, functionality, or setup requirements
• Incorrect setup, pairing, or installation
• Use with unsupported devices, software, or third-party applications
• Dissatisfaction with network coverage provided by Apple's Find My network or Google's Find My Device network
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or fails to function as described under normal use and on a compatible device.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be approved only if:
• The item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received;
• You contact us within 30 days of the delivery date;
• You provide any requested photos, videos, or information needed to verify the issue;
• The product is returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging; and
• The product has not been intentionally damaged, modified, misused, or altered.
Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs
All approved non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos and/or video evidence
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent claim approval.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, the fastest solution is to return the authorized item and place a new order.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.

Chargeback Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact our customer support team and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, delivery confirmation, tracking records, product descriptions, customer communications, and evidence of product compatibility disclosures presented prior to purchase.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, we will repair, replace, or refund products that are defective, damaged, or materially not as described.
